& Stick Radiant Heat installation. Fill out all requested information on BOTH copies. One copy is returned to the
manufacturer to register the installation, and the second copy is for the homeowner’s records.
This manual must be attached to the service panel so that it is easily accessible to the homeowner and
any repair technicians.
