SLEEP MODE function sets the instrument to a low consumption status. The detection of lowered chain measurement
remains active in the background.

Press and hold key until the display is off
(approx. 5 seconds).
• Mark a reference on the chain and the gypsy
on the main axis.

• Make one complete lap of the gypsy, returning
its reference to the initial position.
• Measure the chain length between the main
axis and the position reached by the reference
after a complete gypsy lap.
The accuracy of the value set as GYPSY
LAP affects the precision of lowered chain
measurement.
