3.1 - QNC CHC OVERVIEW
The instrument is managed by a user interface that allows you to:
• control windlass movements;
• display length of the chain lowered;
• manage operating parameters;
• report any warnings or alarms.
3.2 - Description of the user interface
The user interface consists of a display, three keys and a buzzer.
3.3 - First start-up
QNC CHC CHAIN COUNTER
Graphic display
320 x 240 pixels
Displays the length
of the chain lowered,
system status,
operating parameters
and other information.
The buzzer signals when the
keys have been pressed or when
it is necessary to call the user's
attention.
Key
p
Press to aweigh the anchor,
move within the menus
and change
parameter values.
Key q
Press to lower the anchor,
move within the menus
and change
parameter values.
Key
Press to turn the instrument on/off,
enter the main menu, select the options and confirm parameter values.
After activating power supply,
the instrument loads the firmware
(the display shows LOADING...).
At the end,
key is displayed.
Press and hold
key for one second to turn on the instrument.
After QUICK logo is displayed,
you are prompted to select the system language:
• ENGLISH
• ITALIANO
After the selection, you will access the main screen
