Mounting Tables & Diagrams
Consult the Mounting Tables and diagrams below or download them o our website to determine proper
QBase Deck Mount heights and mount spacing. Mounting Tables and diagrams assume the following:
• Cantilever is assumed to be equivalent on both sides of the module.
• Tables and diagrams are based on the use of the Standard QRail with the low edge rail mounted in the
center of it’s vertical adjustment and the raised edge rail mounted with a slight oset from the center of
it vertical adjustment to create a mounting plane at the set tilt angle. Adjust raised edge oset, low edge
and raised edge heights o of the roof accordingly relative to site specific needs, rail selection, low edge
rail placement, and/or natural roof slope.
• 60-cell module in portrait orientation has an assumed module length of 65 inches; If module length dif-
fers, adjust cantilever, mount row spacing, low edge and raised edge accordingly.
• 72-cell module in portrait orientation has an assumed module length of 78 inches; If module length dif-
fers, adjust cantilever, mount row spacing, low edge and raised edge accordingly.
• 60-cell module and 72-cell module in LANDSCAPE orientation has an assumed module width of 40 inch-
es; If module width diers, adjust cantilever, mount row spacing, low edge and raised edge accordingly.
