Damage caused by misuse or improper connections, failure to follow prescribed operating

instructions, impact damage, or negligence is not covered by this warranty. The manufac-

PACK due to any cause other than defects in material or workmanship, including without

limitation any malfunctions or failures caused by repairs made by an unauthorized person,

mishandling, modifications, normal wear, improper storage and unreasonable use or dam-

age.

INCIDENTALDAMAGES.Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidental

orconsequentialdamagessotheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.

purchaseandmustbesenttoQuickCableintheU.S.AorCanada.

If any portion of this warranty or limitation of rights and remedies is found to be unenforce-

able, then the remainder of this document shall remain in full force and effect.
