Screw each post onto a base.
Make sure the post is screwed
down as tightly as possible.
Attach a collar to the bottom of each post
so that they are touching the base with the
lug slots facing upwards. The lug slots on
the collars of each post should be facing
each other. Tighten the collars with the allen
key.
With the posts positioned a panel width
apart, lift the panel and fit the lower panel
lugs into the collar lug slots.
Pivot the panel into place.
Attach a collar to the top of each post, lug
slots facing downward and fit the upper
panel lugs into the collar lug slots. Tighten
the collars with the allen key.

convenience of a roller base for fast, easy deployment. These features make RollerSafety ideal for
working environments where barriers must be set up and taken down regularly. The 250 model
features a choice of 11’/3.4m or 13’/3.9m belt lengths and can be ordered with any of our 50 belt color
and safety message options. RollerSafety is not designed for outdoors use.
