MC90 is a quad-band full-featured GSM/GPRS/GNSS/Wi-Fi module using LCC castellaon package. It supports hybrid
posioning technology, which includes GNSS, Cell ID and Wi-Fi aided posioning. The module also features low power
consumpon and supports dual SIM single standby funcon.
Thanks to the hybrid posioning technology, MC90 supports posion tracking under both indoor and outdoor
environments. GNSS+Cell ID+Wi-Fi hybrid posioning ensures that the module can track posion even in weak or no
signal areas; and Wi-Fi posioning is used to ensure posion tracking indoors. MC90 also supports EPO
TM
technology
which provides predicted Extended Predicon Orbit to speed up TTFF without the need of any extra server. Based on
EPO data, QuecFastFix Online funcon further reduces TTFF in cold start. EASY
TM
technology enables a very fast rst x
when there is no enough satellite informaon. GLP (GNSS Low Power) power saving mode ensures great posioning
accuracy while with ultra-low power consumpon. The built-in LNA provides the module with improved RF sensivity
and exceponal acquision/tracking performances even in weak signal areas.
The compact form factor, great posioning performance, low power consumpon and dual (U)SIM interfaces make
MC90 a best choice for a wide range of M2M applicaons, such as bicycle-sharing system, student ID card, vehicle
tracker, wearable device (smartwatch), pet tracker, asset tracker, driving recorder, etc.
