with FCC CFR 47 part 22H, FCC CFR 47 part 24E, FCC CFR 47 part 90S, FCC
CFR 47 part 2, FCC CFR 47 part 24E, FCC CFR 47 part 27C requirement. Then
the host can be sold legally.
This modular transmitter is only FCC authorized for the specific rule parts ( FCC
CFR 47 part 22H, FCC CFR 47 part 24E, FCC CFR 47 part 90S, FCC CFR 47 part
2, FCC CFR 47 part 24E, FCC CFR 47 part 27C ) listed on the grant, and that the
host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance to any other FCC rules that
apply to the host not covered by the modular transmitter grant of certification.
