Software method can be controlled by AT+CFUN, and the details are as follows.

3.10.4. PERST# Signal
The PERST# signal can be used to force a hardware reset on the card. The module can be reset by
driving the PERST# signal low for at least 300ms and then releasing it. The PERST# signal is sensitive to
interference. The traces should be as short as possible and be surrounded with ground. The reset
scenario is illustrated in the following figure.

1. Please ensure that there is no large capacitance with the max value exceeding 10nF on PERST# pin.
2. PEREST# only resets the internal baseband chip of the module and does not reset the power
management chip.
