9.3. Packaging
SC200R series module is packaged in tape and reel carriers, and sealed in the vacuum-sealed bag. It is
not recommended to open the vacuum package before using the module for actual production. Each reel
is 380 mm in diameter and contains 200 modules. The following figures show the package details,
measured in mm.
