Place the module into the carrier tape and use
the cover tape to cover them; then wind the
heat-sealed carrier tape to the plastic reel and
use the protective tape for protection. One
plastic reel can load 250 modules.
Place the packaged plastic reel, humidity
indicator card and desiccant bag into a vacuum
bag, then vacuumize it.
Place the vacuum-packed plastic reel into a
pizza box.
Put 4 pizza boxes into 1 carton and seal it. One
carton can pack 1000 modules.
