If PON_1 is not used, it is recommended to connect it to the ground.
3.7.3. Turn off Module
Either of the following methods can be used to turn off the module:
⚫ Normal power down procedure: Turn off the module using the PWRKEY pin.
⚫ Normal power down procedure: Turn off the module using API interface.
3.7.3.1. Turn off Module Using PWRKEY
Driving PWRKEY low for at least 2 s, the module will execute power-down procedure after PWRKEY is released.
The power-off scenario is illustrated in the following figure.
