3.6.2.1. Turn off Module through PWRKEY
Driving PWRKEY low for 650–1500 ms, the module will execute power-down procedure after PWRKEY is
released.
The power-off scenario is illustrated in the following figure.

3.6.2.2. Turn off Module through AT Command
It is also a safe way to use AT+QPOWD command to turn off the module, which is similar to turning off the
module via PWRKEY.
Please refer to document [2] for details about AT+QPOWD
command.
3.7. Reset the Module
RESET_N is used to reset the module. Due to platform limitations, the chipset has integrated the reset
function into PWRKEY, and RESET_N is connected directly to PWRKEY inside the module.
The module can be reset by driving RESET_N low for 2–3.8s.
