For every VBAT transition/re-insertion from 0 V, the minimum power supply voltage should be
higher than 2.7 V. After the module starts up normally, the minimum safety voltage is 2.6 V. In order to
ensure full-function mode, the minimum power supply voltage should be higher than 2.8 V.

Within operating temperature range, the module meets 3GPP specifications.

Within extended temperature range, the module remains the ability to establish and maintain
functions such as SMS and data transmission, without any unrecoverable malfunction. Radio
spectrum and radio network are not influenced, while one or more specifications, such as Pout, may
exceed the specified tolerances of 3GPP. When the temperature returns to the normal operating
temperature levels, the module meets 3GPP specifications again.
