The current consumption of BG95 series module in PSM is much lower than that in power off mode,
and this is because of the following two designs:
⚫ More internal power supplies are powered off in PSM.
⚫ Also the internal clock frequency is reduced in PSM.

The module’s USB and UART are disconnected and GSM network (if available) does not support
PSM.
