3 Application Interfaces
3.1. General Description
EC21 is equipped with 80-pin SMT pads plus 64-pin ground pads and reserved pads that can
beconnected to cellular application platform. Sub-interfaces included in these pads are described in detail
in the following chapters:

 USIM interface

 UART interfaces
 PCM interface
 ADC interface
 Status indication
 SGMII interface
 Wireless connectivity interfaces
