3 Application Interfaces
3.1. General Description
BG96-NA is equipped with 62-pin 1.1mm pitch SMT pads plus 40-pin ground pads and reserved pads
that can be connected to customers’ cellular application platform. The subsequent chapters will provide
detailed description of interfaces listed below:
 Power supply
 (U)SIM card interfaces
 USB interface
 UART interfaces
 Network status indication
 USB_BOOT interface
