The password must conform to the following rules
 Must be at least 8 characters long.
 Must contain at least one alphabet letter. {a~z, A~Z}
 Must contain at least one special character. {~, !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), _, +}
 Must contain at least one number. {0~9}
