Adding video to an ePub eBook
To add a movie to a ePub eBook:

Do one of the following things:
If you are adapting content from a Print layout, draw a picture box with the size and
location you want to use for the video, then select the picture box and choose Item >
Digital Publishing > Edit ePub Interactivity. If you want a picture to display in the box
when the video is not playing, import the picture into the box. You can also import a
picture into the box in Reflow view. To do so, click the component and then choose File
> Import.
If you are creating a reflow article without a corresponding Print layout, select the
component after which you want to add the new video in the Reflow Tagging palette,
then click the Add Component button and choose Video Component from the drop-down
menu that displays. If you select an article, the new component is added to the end of the
article.
The Interactive Attributes dialog box displays.

Select the picture box and choose Item > Digital Publishing > Edit ePub Interactivity.
The Interactive Attributes dialog box displays.

Choose Video from the Type drop-down menu.

Click Attach and select the movie file.
ePub supports only .mp4 files saved with the H.264 codec.

Click OK.
