Page Layout palette with new master page

To display the new master page for editing, double-click the B-Master B icon. The master

page displays in the main window. Note that because this is a facing-page master page, it

includes two pages: The left page and the right page. Also, note the broken-link icons

in the upper left.

To add page numbers, draw two boxes on the lower left and right, as shown below. In

each of these boxes, click with the Text Content tool and then choose Utilities > Insert

Character > Special > Current Box Page #. This inserts a character that will display as

the current page number in layout pages. Format and justify the character any way you

like. (Of course, you can put your page numbers anywhere you want to.)
