Re-launch QuarkXPress. 3
Windows:
Quit QuarkXPress, if running.

Open C:/Program Files/Quark/QuarkXPress 2023. Delete the “Preferences” 2
folder, if any. (Do not create the Preferences folder again)
Go to Start > Run and type %localappdata%, enter.

Go to the Quark folder. Delete the folder named “QuarkXPress 2023” with 4
all of its content.
Re-launch QuarkXPress.

If everything runs fine, make a backup of the “QuarkXPress 2023” folder and the
next time you experience issues, you won’t need to delete the folder, you can
just replace its content with the backup.
