Faster PDF Export

The PDF output performance is improved up to 60% in QuarkXPress 2022. The

percent improvement is proportional to the image content in the layout (e.g., the

more images the layout contains, the greater improvement you will notice).

Default PDF Style

The default pdf output styles in QuarkXPress will apply the automatic ZIP/JPEG

low compression on color and grayscale images and ZIP compression for

monochrome images.

Default PDF Style

New default PDF output styles will be applied by default to fresh documents

created in QuarkXPress 2022 and later. For the legacy documents (created prior

to QuarkXPress 2022), still, the captured PDF output style settings of the

document will be applied, to apply the new default PDF output style in legacy

documents the user has to select the new default output styles while output the

document.
