Integration of Custom Border Styles with Item Styles

Custom Border Styles in Item Styles: QuarkXPress allows you to set the custom

border styles (dashes and stripes) in Item Styles. You can save an item style

with a custom border and use that item style across projects.

Using the Item Styles palette

To apply an Item Style to all selected items, click the Item Style’s name in the

Item Styles palette. The New and Delete buttons let you add and delete Item

Styles. The Update button lets you update an item style deﬁnition based on

local changes to the applied item style.
