Select a bookmark and delete it using the Delete Bookmark button. On 8
deleting a parent bookmark, its child bookmarks will also get deleted.
Drag-and-drop bookmarks within the Bookmarks palette to either rearrange 9
their position or to create a new parent-child relation.
To rearrange a bookmark, select the bookmark and drag-and-drop it on top 10
of the destination bookmark. A dark line will be displayed over the drop
location before releasing the dragged bookmark.
To create a nested bookmark, select the bookmark and drag-and-drop it over 11
the destination bookmark. The destination bookmark will appear highlighted
before releasing the dragged bookmark.
Navigate to bookmark on the layout by double-clicking on the corresponding 12
bookmark icon or bookmark label in the Bookmarks palette. In case the
bookmark label is already selected in the palette, the user can double-click
on the bookmark icon to navigate to the corresponding bookmark on the
layout. If the bookmark label is not selected in the palette, the user can
double-click on the bookmark label or on the bookmark icon to navigate to
the corresponding bookmark on the layout.
To delete all the bookmarks for selected text, invoke the Bookmarks palette 13
flyout menu and select Delete Bookmarks for Selected Text. To delete all the
bookmarks for an entire story, invoke the Bookmarks palette flyout menu and
select Delete Bookmarks for Entire Story.
On copy/pasting the bookmarks, the pasted bookmarks will be created at the 14
0th level. If a bookmark with the same name already exists in the Bookmarks
palette, the pasted bookmark will have a suffix with a number.
Bookmarks are duplicated on duplicating the layout. The bookmark hierarchy 15
and bookmark names are retained in the duplicated layout.
