Choose Footnotes to Endnotes to convert footnotes to endnotes. ●

Choose Endnotes to Footnotes to convert endnotes to footnotes. ●

Select one of the available Endnote/Footnote styles. ●

Select one of the following from the Scope dropdown: ●

Layout: If you want to convert all the footnotes or endnotes in your ●

document.

Selection: If you want to convert only the footnotes or endnotes from ●

your selection.

Click Convert. ●

Find/Change Footnotes Content

Users can search and replace both text and attributes on footnote text using the

Search in Footnotes option in Find/ Change.

Footnotes Visibility in Long Tables

Footnote text is displayed on the same page as their corresponding reference

marks, even for long tables that span multiple pages.

Checking spelling

To check spelling, choose an option from the Utilities > Check Spelling

submenu: Word, Story or Layout and End of Story. The Check Spelling palette

displays.
