Settings.xml will be available by default with QuarkXPress, and it should be

placed at-

Mac-~/Library/Application Support/Quark/QuarkXPress 2021/Settings.xml

Windows- <Installed Drive>:\Program Files\Quark\QuarkXPress

2021\Settings.xml

Text with ‘Behind’ stroke drawing order should render as normal text without

any reflow, and the width/height glyph should be the same as the “Front” stroke

drawing.

Opacity or other text attributes for the stroked text should be applied similarly to

normal text. Stroke drawing order applies to all text languages. Stroke drawing

order should be reset to Front on the down saving project.
