The Table Link dialog box
You can Browse to the location of the source document, select the 4
worksheet containing the table you wish to import, and select the range of
cells to import.
If the file includes multiple worksheets, choose the one you want to import 5
from the Sheet drop-down menu. If you want to import only a portion of the
data, you can specify a cell range in the Range field or choose a named range
from the drop-down menu.
You can select to include the text and table formatting already included in 6
the source document (“Options > Include Formats”), and the column widths /
row heights (“Options > Include Geometry”). You can also choose whether to
hide or show any rows or columns that are hidden in the source Worksheet.
You can specify how many rows of the table should be considered header 7
rows (“Header Rows”), whether the box will expand to fit the table (default) or
whether the table will be resized to fit the box (“Fit to Box”), and which table
style to apply.
You can choose to import a Table along with its style from MS Excel. Simply 8
select the “Table Style” drop down to be “Inherit” and import.
