Preferences
By default, the QuarkXPress preferences are stored in the user folder. They reside in
a
sub folder named after the main version, so that they do not clash if you have
several versions of QuarkXPress installed.
If you create a folder called
Preferences on the same level as the QuarkXPress
2018 app bundle (in the Application folder), then QuarkXPress will use this folder
as a global Preferences folder.
If you do not want the
Preferences folder in the Application folder, create a
subfolder, QuarkXPress 2018 and place the application (bundle) and
Preferences
folder there.
