Creating a TOC for ePub or Kindle
When you export a reflow article as an ePub or Kindle eBook, you can create the table of
contents for that eBook in two ways:
Use the order of the reflow articles, with one TOC entry for each reflow article. You can
change the order of the reflow articles in Reflow view using the Reflow Tagging palette
(Window menu). To move an article up or down in the sequence, select the article in the
Reflow Tagging palette and click the Move Up or Move Down button. To update
the table of contents, click Update .
Manually create the table of contents. To manually create a table of contents, display the
Reflow Table of Contents palette (Windows menu), then click Edit to display the Edit
Reflow Table of Contents dialog box. Use the arrow buttons to add the tags you want to
use in the table of contents to the list on the right. To specify the level of each tag, select
it and then choose an option from the drop-down menu at the top of the Level column.
Creating a TOC for Blio

Creating a Blio TOC in QuarkXPress is easy; you simply give a name for each chapter or
article and indicate on which page it occurs.
To add a table of contents to a multipage layout:
1
Display the eBook Table of Contents palette (Window menu).
