TEXT AND TYPOGRAPHY
Enter a name for this text shading style in the Name field, or the application will
use a default “New Text Shading Style” name.
Define the attributes in the Shade tab:
Color: Choose a color for the text shading from the drop-down menu.
Choose New from the menu to create a new color for the shading.
Shade: Enter or use the slider control to specify the shade of the color in
terms of a percentage.
Opacity: Enter or use the slider control to specify the opacity value of the
color from 0% (transparent) to 100% (opaque).
Length: Choose one of the following options from the drop-down: Indents
(text shading will be applied to the entire line between the defined indents),
Text (text shading will be applied only the length of the text in each line),
or Column (shading will be applied to the entire length of the box).
Check Clip To Box to confine the text shading to the bounding box.
In the Offsets section, specify the Left, Right, Top, and Bottom offsets.
Define Borders With ‘Text Shading Style’
Clearly define your shaded text with borders across page-breaks. Now you can
make sure your shaded text shows the bottom borderline for the first page and
top borderline for the next page if the paragraph breaks.
