Specify the settings for the wave:

op, Left, Bottom, and Right: These controls let you configure the four sides of
the box. You can choose Wave 1, Wave 2, or Flat.
Keep waves parallel: Keeps the waves on either side of the box parallel with one
another.
The controls in the Wave 1 and Wave 2 areas let you choose which type of wave
to use, the frequency of the wave, the phase (starting point) of the wave, and the
amplitude (depth) of the wave.
Once you have defined the attributes, you can click the Add Preset button to
save this shape.
To revert to the default shape, click the Reset button, .
To delete a predefined shape, hold down the Alt/Option key while selecting it from
the list.
ShapeMaker Polygons tab
The Polygons tab of the ShapeMaker dialog box (Utilities > ShapeMaker) lets you
create polygonal boxes.

Specify the settings for the polygon:
Type: Choose what type of polygon go create from the drop-down menu. The
controls immediately under this drop-down menu change depending on what
type of polygon is selected.
Regular polygons: Lets you specify how many sides the polygon has.
