Load Balancer Method pane
Using a proxy server
Some networks route network traffic through a proxy server for reasons of efficiency or
security. To use a proxy server for all requests and responses between QuarkXPress Server
Manager and QuarkXPress Server:

Display the Proxy Server Settings pane in the Global Settings pane of the
QuarkXPress Server Manager window.

Check Use a Proxy Server for my LAN.

Enter the proxy server's DNS name or IP address in the Address field.

Enter the proxy server's port number in the Port Number field.

Enter the proxy server's user name in the User Name field.

Enter the proxy server's password in the Password field.
