•From the Contextual menu, the Rename selection allows you to
rename the selected folder. Enter the new name (see figure 51
). To
cancel the procedure, type <
Esc>.

•From the Contextual menu, the Delete selection opens a window (see
figure 52
) to confirm the deletion of files. Once the deletion is
confirmed, the deleted file or folder is moved into the
Trash folder.
The
Trash folder is a system folder located at the root of the file
system (i.e.
/Trash). It cannot be deleted. Deleting a folder will delete
all the files within the folder as well as any subfolders and their
corresponding files. Folders are not stored in the
Trash, and therefore
cannot be undeleted.
•From the
Contextual menu, the Remove selection opens a window
(see figure 54
) to confirm file removal. Once the remove is confirmed,
the removed file or folder is definitely erased and not moved into the
Trash folder. Removing an MXF file erases all its associated files; all
