SuperLoader Error Logs

60-69 Internal
communication events
• Power cycle.
• If the previous steps fails, contact Quantum Customer
Support and/or replace the DCA.
A0-A4 Picker Servo Errors
• Run the Health test.
• If repeated events appear in the Hard log, power cycle
the SuperLoader. Repeat tests after power cycle.
• If the previous steps fails, contact Quantum Customer
Support and/or replace the chassis/picker assembly.
A5 Source Element Empty
• Verify that the expected source really does have a
cartridge.
• Run the Health test.
•If the source is a magazine, replace the cartridge in that
slot with a different cartridge and try again. If error
continues, replace the magazine.
• If source is the tape drive, verify the tape drive has a
cartridge and it was ejected.
• Power cycle the SuperLoader.
• If the error continues, contact Quantum Customer
Support and/or replace the chassis/picker assembly.
A6 Source Magazine
Missing
• Verify that the magazine is installed correctly into the
SuperLoader.
• Remove and insert the magazine again.
• Try a second magazine if possible.
• Power cycle the SuperLoader.
• If the error continues, contact Quantum Customer
Support and/or replace the chassis/picker assembly.
