Each element descriptor includes the element address and status flags; it
may also contain sense code information as well as other information
depending on the element type (see Medium Transport Element
Descriptor through “Data Transfer Element Descriptor” on page 110).

PVOLTAG When set to 1, indicates that the

that these bytes are omitted from the element

AVOLTAG This field is sent as 0. Alternate volume tag
information is not supported.
