If problems occur . . .
Where to go from here
Before you begin library operations, check the following:
•
A cartridge magazine is installed.
•
The CHM gripper does not contain a cartridge.
•
The library door is closed and locked.
•
The library is in the proper control mode. The standard operating
mode is SCSI (see page 45).
If the library and tape drive
are not operating as
expected:
See Chapter 7 for troubleshooting
information.
If there is an error code
displayed on the LCD:
See Appendix J for a list of error codes
and corrective actions.
If you cannot solve the
problem yourself:
Contact your service provider or ADIC.
