Dismount Drives Dialog
Path: Main Menu Utils Drives Operations Dismount
Drives
Use the Dismount Drives dialog to eject a tape from the
specified drive and bring it back to its home position.
See Figure 4-171.

Parameters Description
Coord The first field indicates the
type of cell (D for Drive)
The second field indicates the
rack number (01–16)
The third field indicates the
drive bay section (1–4)
The fourth field indicates the
column of the section (A–B)
The fifth field indicates the
row of the column (01–6)
Index The device address associated
with the selected coordinate
parameter
Accept Y to accept
N to reject
If Y is selected, the Ending Drive Dialog, Progress
Dialog, and Response Dialog appear. See Figure 4-172,
Figure 4-173, and Figure 4-174. Otherwise, the changed
actions continue to display but no action is taken.
