The first time you insert a new cartridge into the GoVault dock, the
GoVault data protection software can either:
• Prompt you to specify a cartridge name and description (see figure 10
on page 18)
• Use the cartridge hard disk drive serial number (HDD S/D)
You can specify which it will be by making your selection on the
New
Cartridge
tab of the Options page:
1 Click the GoVault data protection software
Options command button
to view the
New Cartridge tab of the Options page (see figure 49).
2 As prompted, select the new cartridge action option that you want
and click
OK to save your selection and close the Options page.
