12 To start the GoVault data protection software, click Start and select
Programs ==> Quantum GoVault ==> GoVault Data Protection to
display the GoVault data protection software

).
13 If you had a cartridge in the GoVault dock when you installed the
GoVault data protection software, the GoVault data protection
software also displays a new media detection prompt asking if you
want to enter a cartridge name and description (see figure 9
).
At this point, you can either:
a Click
No to dismiss the prompt and use the cartridge hard disk
drive serial number (HDD S/N) to identify the cartridge.
b Click
Yes to display the Settings tab of the Prepare Media dialog to
specify a name and description for the GoVault cartridge as
described in Introducing Cartridges
on page 17.
