2Installation
This chapter identifies the system requirements and provides the
procedures for installing the GoVault™ data protection software on your
workstation or server system.
System Requirements
Before installing the GoVault data protection software, make sure that
your workstation or server system meets the following hardware and
software system requirements:
Hardware
• CPU, either:
• Intel Pentium 4 or above
• AMD K6 or above
•CD-ROM drive
• 33 Mbytes of hard available hard disk storage
• GoVault dock and cartridge disk drive
