The following are the enhancements, resolved issues, and know issues
associated with this release of the product.
Enhancements For this release of RDX 8000, the following enhancements are included.
• Second Ethernet port is enabled for Adaptive Load Bal
ancing and Active
Backup
• Improved system performance via enhanced read performance and abil
ity to
configure jumbo frames
• Linux CentOS is supported in JBOD mode and VTL mode.
Resolved Issues For this release of RDX 8000, the following issues were resolved.
• Format cartridge for NTFS in JBOD
mode via Windows Explorer
• Static IP address would not be auto-assigned for a non-DHCP network
en
abled connection after a DHCP-enabled network connection.
