Feature Set: Host Protected Area
This command return the native maximum address. The native maximum address
is the highest address accepted by the device in the factory default condition. The
native maximum address is the maximum address that is valid when using the SET
MAX ADDRESS command.
If LBA is set to one, the maximum address shall be reported as an LBA value. If
LBA is cleared to 0, the maximum address shall be reported as a CHS value.
