Viewing Hardware Status 3 The DX3000/DX5000 system provides a variety of hardware information
from the
Hardware Status page. The Hardware Status page gives the
current status of the hard drives, power supplies, fan modules, and
temperature of the controller, Fibre Channel switch and storage arrays.
To view the hardware status:
1 From the System Status page, click Hardware tab to view the
hardware status.
The Hardware Status page displays (see figure 45):

The Hardware Status page displays the following components and
status information:
•Disk module status
• Fan module status
Rebuilding
A hard drive has been replaced in the logical
drive and the RAID set is rebuilding. When
the rebuild is complete, the logical drive will
return to a
Normal status.
