Descriptions
Field Name Description
Page Length The value in this field indicates the number of bytes
in the Control Mode Page being transferred. The
value for this byte is 06h.
RLEC Report Log Exception Condition. This bit indicates
whether the tape drive returns CHECK
CONDITION status with sense key set to UNIT
ATTENTION (06h) when one of its WRITE and
READ error counters reaches a specified threshold,
as follows:
0 = Do not return UNIT ATTENTION when a
threshold has been met.
1 = Return UNIT ATTENTION when a threshold is
met.
