Field Name Description
PS Parameters Savable. Must be 0, the supported
parameters cannot be saved (savable pages are not
supported).

Page Length
This field indicates the number of bytes in the page.
Note that this value does not include bytes 0 and 1.
The length is returned on MODE SENSE and must
subsequently be set to the same value when
performing MODE SELECT.
TB Transfer Block. The Transfer Block (when not fully
recovered) function is not supported.
EER Enable Early Recovery. This function is always
enabled (must be = 1).
PER Parity Error. This bit enables reporting of CHECK
CONDITION for recovered READ / WRITE errors.
Default is 0.
DTE Disable Transfer on Error. Set to 0. This feature is
not supported.
DCR Disable ECC Correction Bit. Set to 0. This feature is
not supported.
READ Retry
Count
This field reports the maximum number of re-reads
that are attempted before declaring an
unrecoverable error.
WRITE
Retry Count
This field reports the maximum number of
overwrite retries that are attempted before
declaring an unrecoverable error.
