Sense Key Description
3h Medium Error. A positioning error has occurred where the
returned position does not match the expected.
4h Hardware Error. The Additional Sense Code/Qualifier
fields will provide more specific information.
5h ILLEGAL REQUEST. Illegal bit settings in the SEND
DIAGNOSTIC command.
Eh Miscompare. A compare error occurred during a read.
