Possibly bad cartridge.
04h Hardware Error Drive hardware failure detected.

• Cartridge was changed prior to accepting

07h Write Protect The tape is write-protected; check the
cartridge before continuing.
0Dh Volume Overflow WRITE command completed with data in the
buffer because the end-of-partition was
encountered.
