The "Foreign", "HACC Dynamic" and "AMU Dynamic" ranges are 
defined in the Logical Ranges function in the AMS. 
Before using the I/O unit obtain information about the configuration of 
the ranges in your system:
•  AMS Graphical Configuration
•  HACPARM in HACC/MVS
