From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Data usage and set the Cellular
data switch to On .
Answer 5: Is a disabled access point set? To configure the access point:
From the home screen, tap Apps > Settings > More > Tethering & portable
hotspot > Set up Wi-Fi hotspot and modify the Network Name, Security, and Password.
Then tap SAVE to save the settings.
Question: Battery level goes down quickly.
Answer: Are you where signal is weak or have been out of service area for a long period? Using the
device where signal is weak or being out of service area uses a lot of battery.
Question: Cannot install applications.
Answer: Applications cannot be installed with only a little free space on the tablet or SD card. To
check free space, see Storage Settings. Applications not supported by your tablet cannot be installed.
Question: Cannot unlock screen.
Answer: Power the tablet on again. If you are unable to turn the tablet off, force device power-off by
long press Power/lock button for 14 seconds, followed by long press Power/lock button for 14
seconds to force device power-on. Data that was being edited is erased after the tablet is powered on
again.
