The Sound and notification settings menu lets you control your tablet’s audio, from ringtones and alerts to
tap tones and notifications.
Sound and Notification Settings Overview
The Sound and notification settings menu allows you to configure the following options:
Sound and Notification Setting
Description
Media volume
Set volume for media playback.
Alarm volume
Set volume for alarms.
Notification volume
Set volume for notifications.
Interruptions
Configure the interruptions settings, including the priority interruptions
and downtime.
Default notification ringtone
Set a tone for the ringtone for notifications.
Other sounds
Set a tone when locking/unlocking the screen or tapping the screen.
When device is locked
Manage whether the notifications can be seen when your tablet is
locked.
